Welcome to our neighborhood!  It is the Mission of The Homeplace Savanna Homeowners Association, through its Board of Directors, to:

• Treat its members fairly in accordance with our Covenants and Bylaws
• Promote the aesthetic beauty of all common area to help maintain value of property within the Association while being sensitive to the needs of all residents
• Promote the welfare and safety of all residents in the Association
• Provide a forum in which all residents can interact and share their ideas and opinions

We look forward to meeting you at the Savanna Homeowners Association Annual Meeting or other neighborhood functions throughout the year.

Enclosed in our website you will find a copy of the Savanna Homeowners Association Covenants & Bylaws.  Please review these documents so you will be familiar with our rules and guidelines. Your Board of Directors meet every third Thursday of the month unless otherwise noted.
